Once an order is picked, it will be nicely packaged and boxed. After video is posted it may take up to 3 days for order to ship. Currently all orders are being shipped UPS Ground which can take an additional 3-4 days to receive. The tracking number will be submitted in an email to the customer. Shipping and receiving dates may vary depending on weather, which may cause delays and based on business needs. Currently business is operated by just the business owner. Currently we are only shipping within the US but are hoping to ship outside the US depending on business needs and resources.

What is your return policy?
