Once an order is picked, it will be nicely packaged and boxed. After video is posted it may take up to 3 days for order to ship. Currently all orders are being shipped UPS Ground which can take 3-4 days to receive. The tracking number will be submitted in an email to the customer. Shipping and receiving dates may vary depending on weather, which may cause delays.

Currently we are only shipping within the US but are hoping to ship outside the US depending on business needs and resources.

What is your return policy? 

If you are unhappy with all items that are picked, you can return them and either receive a refund for your order or it can be picked again. Just send an email to mamavboutique@yahoo.com for further instructions.
